PhotoWars started with a vision from our now producer, Jesus, to create a production that could showcase photographers, challenge them, and help them grow. We saw a need for a space that not only celebrates photography but also pushes creative limits. Driven by our passion for the art and the desire to represent photographers' success, we’ve pushed forward as a team to nurture emerging talent, both in our contestants and within our own team. With a deep commitment to innovation, we remain focused on turning our dreams into a reality through the groundbreaking experience of PhotoWars.
MEET THE TEAM
Our team at PhotoWars is proudly diverse, bringing together individuals from multiple races, backgrounds, and identities to create a rich, inclusive environment. With a mix of Gen Z, Millennials, and Gen X members our team’s variety fuels the creativity and innovation we bring to every project.
Director
Anna
Anna is our youngest team member but aims to show that age is just a number every step of the way. She directs, manages, and models. She is also on hand tech support for our host Ken.
Producer
Jesus A.
A passionate creative who thrives on writing shows, organizing events, and fostering strong teams. Above all, he cherishes his family, drawing inspiration from them in everything he creates.
Host
Ken
Ken is a published photographer and owner of Boogie on Down Productions LLC. He brings clients' visions to life with every shot. He is visionary and leader to the team while not on screen
Co-Host
Shannon
In addition to her co-host role, Shannon works to be a contestant coordinator, fostering great connections and experiences for our contestants. She is also a loving, hardworking, mom of four.
Lead Editor
Aaron
Aaron is our lead editor and second camera, creating dynamic visuals with his animation background. He also runs a YouTube gaming channel and has a cat named Maki.
Lead Videographer
Drew
Our lead videographer has worked with Ken for over three years, specializing in weddings, music videos, and podcasts. He keeps the team focused and ensures steady progress.
Social Promotor
Kem
As one of the most well connected members of PhotoWars, Kem promotes our team's dream through social media and events. He is currently going to school for entertainment law.

This elixir of life has kept us going through late nights on our incredibly tight deadlines. We owe late night and early morning progress to it.
